Victoria was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2015. After graduating, Victoria moved to Fort Worth to attend law school at Texas A&M School of Law. While in law school, Victoria served as a board member on the Sports & Entertainment Law Society as well as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Jack Manhire. Victoria also participated in the Texas A&M Immigrant Rights Clinic which focuses on deportation defense, particularly for individuals in immigration detention, as well as affirmative filings for survivors or crimes and abuse. During her time in law school, Victoria completed two summer clerkships for Griffith Law Group before joining the firm full-time in September 2018.
